Imperial Properties is the LLC that owns the Imperial Building.  All the owners have strong ties with Winter Haven and the real estate business.  Many are licensed real estate brokers with decades of experience in the local real estate market.  Some have been involved in commercial real estate development.

With month-to-month or long term lease of a desk or office, your work space is permanent, meaning you and your team work from the same spot each day.
